Order cancellations must be performed by Aracent Healthcare. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. These requests are not guaranteed and are dependent on the status of the order, however we'll certainly do everything within our power to accommodate you. Orders for custom products are unable to be changed or cancelled once production of the item has begun. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the item(s) has been prepared for and/or shipped. In such cases, orders will then be subject to the below Return Policy.


Aracent Healthcare strives to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Custom-made products are not returnable or refundable. Returnable products carry a 20% - 30% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, please review the return policy information for your product located on the Details tab of its Product page.


  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by Aracent Healthcare. This must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the product. Any products returned without RMA approval will not be refunded. 
  • Except for cases of warranty replacement or fulfillment errors, the return shipping process - including the cost - is the responsibility of the customer. Aracent Healthcare does not provide return shipping labels.
  • Returnable products carry a 20% - 30% restocking fee. Exact fee can be found on each item's Products page.
  • Custom, built-to-order products are not returnable.  
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging and include all its original contents.  
  • Product must be in new, unused condition. Examples of indications of use include, but are not limited to: scratches, cracks, dirty wheels/tires, wear to upholstery and armrests, pet hair or other household dirt.


  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Aracent Healthcare here.
  • Once the RMA has been approved, you'll receive additional instructions to complete the return.  
  • After the returned product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use.  Items that do not meet the above conditions for return will not receive a refund.  
  • Once approved, your refund - less applicable restocking fee - will be credited back to your original form of payment. This generally occurs within 2-4 weeks.
