At Aracent Healthcare, we are committed to providing fast, reliable delivery on every order. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship our products, as well as what customers can expect once an order is placed.


Shipping Within the 48 Contiguous United States

We offer free ground shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. 

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • 3–5 business days after the order has shipped
  • Some products may require additional handling time (see product page for details)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico; however, due to carrier limitations and varying freight costs, orders shipping to these locations require a custom shipping quote.

If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order so we can:

  • Provide an accurate shipping estimate
  • Confirm carrier availability
  • Assist you in completing your purchase

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Some products—such as power wheelchairs, scooters, patient lifts, and certain mobility equipment—ship via freight carrier. These shipments may require:

  • Scheduled delivery appointments
  • Curbside delivery (standard)
  • Additional fees for inside delivery, where available

If special delivery arrangements are needed, please contact us before placing your order.


Handling Times

Handling times vary by product:

  • Most products typically ship within 1–3 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order products have longer lead-times with greater variability due to factors such as component availability, manufacturing capacity, etc. 

Please refer to the "Availability" section at the top of each product page for the most accurate handling and lead time estimates.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and have different tracking numbers.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations.


Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or claim. Please save all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

To report a damaged shipment, contact our support team with:

  • Photos of the damage
  • The order number
  • Carrier tracking number
