Designed to enhance stability and comfort, these lateral supports help users maintain better posture and trunk alignment throughout the day. Their low-profile hardware mounts directly to Matrx Elite backrests without limiting adjustments, so users keep full range of recline and depth. Lightweight yet durable, the contoured foam pads provide firm positioning with all-day comfort. Available in Standard, Small, and Offset options, you can choose the exact configuration—left, right, or pair—that best fits your client’s or user’s needs.

Ordering Information:

Elite fixed laterals are not compatible with 12" and 13" wide Elite backs. Select Mini Fixed Laterals in these configurations.

Offset lateral side selections are listed as Pad on Top vertical orientation. If Pad on Bottom mounting is desired, select the opposite side relative to where it will be mounted on backrest.

The Matrx Elite fixed lateral supports are compatible with the following Elite standard contour wheelchair backrest models:
