Each pad can be mounted on either the left or right side and is sold individually. Available in multiple sizes, they’re perfect for creating a custom seating setup that enhances alignment and upper-body control.
Matrx Elite Lateral Pad
The Invacare Matrx Elite Lateral Support Pad enhances postural stability and user comfort by providing dependable side support for individuals requiring improved trunk control. Designed to pair seamlessly with Matrx Elite Swing-away lateral hardware (sold separately), these contoured pads promote proper alignment and help reduce lateral leaning, rotation, or fatigue during extended wheelchair use.
Each pad features a lightweight, high-density foam core covered with a soft, durable Meshtex fabric that is breathable, moisture-resistant, and easy to clean. The anatomical contour offers firm yet comfortable contact, supporting the user’s torso without restricting arm movement or function.
The Elite Lateral Pads are sold individually and can be mounted on either the left or right side. Available in multiple sizes—from extra small to large—they accommodate a wide range of user needs, from pediatric to adult seating systems.
