The Matrx Multi Cushion is designed for users who need a higher level of comfort than a standard foam cushion, without the maintenance of an air, gel bladder, or fluid system. Its BreZZy Gel foam top layer helps create a softer seating surface, while the visco foam and molded base layers provide support and structure underneath.

This makes the Multi a strong choice for users who are highly sensitive, spend extended time seated, or need added immersion while still maintaining seated stability and postural support.

Cover Design

The Matrx Multi Cushion includes a reversible Startex™ outer cover that can be used with either the fabric side or wipeable infection-control side facing out. This gives users and caregivers flexibility based on comfort preference, cleaning needs, moisture management, and care environment.

The cover is moisture-resistant and breathable, includes hook-and-loop fastener strips to secure the cushion to the wheelchair seat, and features an orientation diagram for proper placement. A zippered, wipeable Startex™ inner cover adds moisture protection and allows access for cushion modifications when appropriate.
