The Matrx PSP Cushion includes a reversible, machine-washable cover designed for everyday care needs. One side features breathable Startex™ fabric for comfort and airflow, while the smooth side provides a wipeable infection-control surface for easier cleaning. This gives users and caregivers flexibility based on comfort preference, care environment, and moisture-management needs.

Hook-and-loop fastener strips help keep the cushion positioned securely on the wheelchair seat, reducing unwanted movement during daily use. The inner Startex™ cover provides an additional moisture barrier to help protect the cushion core.
